Builder Registration & Qualifications
- Builder must have a satisfactory business and personal credit history.
- 2 years minimum business history is preferred.
- Builder must be registered with The Construction Loan Company, Inc. Documents to include with Registration form:
- Articles of Incorporation
- General Liability and Workers Comprehensive Insurance
- General Authorization Form, W-9 form
- Copy of Builder's License
- 2 Years of Business Returns or authorization for a 4506
- Trade/Credit References
